To request a payment for traffic being terminated on your routes, follow below steps:
- Login to your seller account here with your root user account (sub users won't be able to request payouts)
- Click on Money >> Withdraw & choose delivery speed and applicable choice to your bank.
The system will automatically detect the payout amount from your balance and enters it for you, Please make sure that you enter your banking details in My Preferences section or enter manually before submitting the request.
You do not need to re-enter bank details. it is already saved on file.
3- Click Send Request.
4- You an monitor the status of your payment in the payout history page.
Payout Status:
In Review: TCXC Finance team is reviewing the payout request currently, it's under review.
Pending: TCXC Finance team has submitted the payment request to Bank and waiting for confirmation.
Completed: TCXC Finance team has confirmed that the amount has been wired successfully to vendor.
