To enable Two-Step Verification for your TCXC (TelecomsXChange) Account, please follow the instructions below:


  1. Login to your Buyer/Seller account
  2. Click on Preferences
  3. Enable "Check SMS" option.
  4. Save

On your next login you will be asked to enter your phone number, once you enter an SMS Verification passcode will be sent to your mobile phone, please enter it to proceed.

This method will be repeated every 30 days to keep your account secured and make sure that the right person is accessing your account.
