Sending buyers a message from Seller Account 


In order to send a buyer a direct message they must be already subscribed to your route(s), please follow these steps below to send subscribed buyers a message from your seller account:


  1. Login to seller account
  2. Click on routes
  3. Click on the settings icon under action column
  4. Scroll down to "Subscribed Buyers"


  1. Click on the buyer name/ account id that you wish to send them a message
  2. Click on "Send Message" button under the logo name.

  1. Fill Subject
  2. Fill Message 
  3. Hit Send




Once you have done that TelecomsXChange will relay the message un-modified to the buyer email address on file immediately.
