Sending buyers a message from Seller Account
In order to send a buyer a direct message they must be already subscribed to your route(s), please follow these steps below to send subscribed buyers a message from your seller account:
- Login to seller account
- Click on routes
- Click on the settings icon under action column
- Scroll down to "Subscribed Buyers"
- Click on the buyer name/ account id that you wish to send them a message
- Click on "Send Message" button under the logo name.
- Fill Subject
- Fill Message
- Hit Send
Once you have done that TelecomsXChange will relay the message un-modified to the buyer email address on file immediately.
