At this time port in and port out is not yet supported on TCXC, it is planned in the roadmap for Q3,4 of 2021. however if you have bought a Nexmo number on TCXC and you'd like it to be transferred to your own Nexmo account, you can follow the below steps to achieve this:
- Send us your Nexmo Account # and the phone number you wish to transfer
- TCXC support will open a TT with Nexmo Support to get the transfer initiated
- Process may take 24-48 hours
Please note that when number is transferred you may be charged again for the number by Nexmo.
