TCXC Provides buyers and sellers real-time access to CDRs, In the TCXC web filter when you search for calls or do some report it matches the Setup_time. If your system web reports match Connect_time when running a report you might see a very small discrepancy in the number of calls.
It is important to define if the call goes inside the DateTime from/to or not. On the TCXC side define if the call setup time happened in between this date from/to or not.
SDR/CDR Timezone
The timezone for all reports in the TCXC platform is in the UTC timezone.
Coordinated Universal Time or UTC is the primary time standard by which the world regulates clocks and time. It is within about 1 second of mean solar time at 0° longitude and is not adjusted for daylight saving time.
